Mister
Mister comes from our “Stop and Smell the Roses” born 10.22.24—he’s goofy, playful, and has a way of keeping everyone laughing. His heart is so full of love, excitement, and joy that it practically overflows, and he can’t contain it! He’s a big goofball with a sweet, sensitive side, and I have a feeling that’s something that will stick with him for life.
He’s got a perfect balance of fun and affection. While he loves to play with his humans, he’s also content with his toys or the other dogs around the house. If you get to live with Mister, you’ll quickly notice his little quirks and the way he tries to communicate with you. My favorite is his little moans that he makes when he is fighting sleep. It is so cute to watch as he tries to find the perfect spot to settle down for a nap. One of his sweetest moments? When you pick him up and cuddle him, he calms right down, melts into your arms, and practically purrs with happiness.
Mister’s favorite thing is to follow me around before bed, just so I can scoop him up and carry him with me. He loves to snuggle his head into my shoulder and soak up the love. He’s soft-hearted, especially with his people, and I truly believe he’d be the kind of dog you can take anywhere.
Mister would do great in a home with or without kids—I think he would have enough energy to play with kids, but also has a great balance where he doesn’t need constant engagement. His energy level is right in the middle, though that might settle down a bit once he’s in his new home and has fewer dogs to play with.
He could easily thrive with someone who works from home. He’s content to chill in his bed or play with his toys while you work, and he’d be a great star in a puppy training class—he’s quick to learn, loves his people, and wants to please. Mister already knows his name and comes when called, which is a great start!
I imagine Mister running around the backyard with his people, going on car rides (he’s a car lover!), and snuggling on the couch for a Saturday night movie. He could be the All-American dog—the one who fits into any family, loves everyone, and is ready to be the best companion imaginable.
I think Mister will finish between 30-40 pounds, which is a great size for just about any home. He’s got a caramel coat with white markings, and his straight-to-wavy fur is easy to care for. He’s one of the more solidly built pups in the litter, with a gorgeous frame and those irresistible puppy-dog eyes that will melt everyone he meets.
Mister is currently enrolled in our puppy immersion program, where he’s been working on crate training, potty training, and socialization. He sleeps by my bed at night in his crate, goes outside for potty breaks, and is pretty much accident-free. He’s a social butterfly—he loves meeting new people and has already taken to car rides like a pro.
If you’re looking for a goofy, loving, and easygoing companion, he might just be the perfect match for you!

Boston
Boston is my light eyed, fair haired boy that aims to please. He has a softness in his eyes and a gentle nature that allow him to navigate the world with grace. He comes from my Hattie Mae (Lighthouse Litter) and will be 3 years old on his birthday in October.
Boston was previously adopted by a family, but the family needed to re-home him so he was returned to me (my contract requires dogs be returned to me for rehoming). He has been living with me for awhile now and I love him dearly, but have come to realize a multiple dog home where I have limited time and attention is not the best setting for him. So as much as it hurts my heart, I do feel Boston would benefit from being with his very own family where he can flourish in a loving environment surrounded by love and attention.
Boston is the easiest dog in my home and many times you don’t know he is here. He comes when called, even in the middle of barking and sits when he wants to be pet. He has the softest mouth and gently takes food out of your hand when offered, but doesn’t beg. He has wonderful manners and would never offer to hurt anyone’s feelings. He is lower energy and spends his day on the couch or in one of the beds around the house. Even though he is lower energy, he enjoys playing a game of fetch or going on a walk where he is great on a leash or off. He has never torn anything up in my home or has he ever offered to bother anything. He has never growled at me or offered to harm me. Boston has a strong desire to please, but he doesn’t have great confidence and is very shy with new people. He does warm up, but it takes him a little longer than some. Due to this, his potential family needs to live within driving distance so you can meet him several times before homing. He is not the type of dog that you will be able to meet once, place him in the car and off you go. He needs time to build trust with his new family, so his family will need to respect his wishes.
If I could build the perfect home for him, it would be a dog savvy adult only home or potentially a home with older children (16 years or older). I don’t feel he would do well with younger children, so if you have young kids, he wouldn’t be the dog for you. A family that is home, works from home or that is retired as he is used to me being home all day, but I do feel he may be able to adjust with someone that doesn’t work from home as he is pretty content at home. Someone that doesn’t want a crate trained dog as he isn’t and sleeps on the pillow next to me. Someone that doesn’t have other dogs as I feel he will need to be the only dog in your home and will have no deisre to go to dog parks or make dog friends. A person that will celebrate him for who he is and build him up when he doesn’t feel confident. Someone that is willing to be patient with him as he builds his confidence with new people and bonds with them.
Due to his lack of confidence and shyness, you must live within driving distance from me and willing to meet him several times prior to placement (I am happy to meet you halfway within 2 hour drive). His potential family must also have a fenced in yard for him to be able to run and play as a dog park will not work well for him.
Boston is a large medium as he is about 20″ tall and approximately 40 pounds (he does think he is a lap dog). He has the softest, silkiest caramel coat that is easy to maintain. He has pet insurance, which we haven’t needed to use, that will be transferred to the new owner. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines and potty trained.
